Vampire: the Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 publisher Paradox Interactive and developer The Chinese Room are back with another dev diary, this time focused on exploring the World of Darkness.
Skidmore explains that they developed the game’s version of Seattle through the “eyes of a vampire.” To that end, buildings in the game are taller, lights are brighter, and alleyways are darker. It’s an interesting approach to shape the game world around the way its protagonist, an Elder vampire named Phyre, would likely perceive it.
Vampire: the Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 releases this fall for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
