This change comes after the recent stress test that was initially announced for just a few hours on Friday, but was extended for several hours, until 9pm ET, due to both high demand and successful server testing. The team says that over 48,000 playtesters joined in the February 2nd stress test. This number, and the extension of the testing period seem to put the shared world survival crafting game in a good position for Early Access.
The new date came accompanied by a teaser showing off some of the structures, mysterious locations, and flora and fauna of the realms that await. Nightingale’s graphics are intentionally on the more realistic and detailed side, as noted in the recent devblog detailing performance specs, so it’s no surprise the teaser leans into those elements.
