The team released another short video saying that the next closed beta was coming soon and have now confirmed it is coming this month. This will be a broadening of the player test pool from the smaller closed tests the team has been holding. So if you have already applied for playtest consideration, you’re in the potential pool, or may have already been invited.
This is a PC-only closed beta under NDA, so it’s one of the first expansions of testing to come. Later tests will happen, and eventually that NDA will be relaxed or dropped, but those who are looking to start building on Arrakis, collecting precious water, exploring, and avoiding rousing the sandworms, can indicate their interest.
