After weeks of streams, Bungie has released the latest update to Destiny 2, Into the Light, which is a free content update that introduces a new mode, weapons, and more.
The Into the Light update is teeming with new content for old and new players alike, as there are ways to play for literally any Guardian.
The update is also completely free to download, which for Destiny 2 fans is a nice change from the usual pay to play content bundles or DLCs.
Those who participate in this new mode have the ability to unlock 12 new weapons within the Brave Arsenal, which just so happen to be the best weapons available in the game currently.
During Destiny 2: Into the Light, players will also have the opportunity to choose a starter kit that is loaded with handpicked gear and different subclass abilities.
The Gift of the Thunder Gods kit is also available, which includes Exotic weapons, an Exotic armor piece, several Energy weapons and five Dreaming City Armor pieces, the base level of each being 1570, giving you an immediate leg up.
