This board is a commemorative model for the Chinese market. In the past, however, there have been a few cards available via component bundles, and in rare cases, cards sold on their own. This time, this model will be launched globally, with AMD positioning it opposite the non-Super RTX 4070!
This model is the third AMD reference to feature a Navi31 GPU with 80 compute units . As for memory, we’re treated to 16 GB of GDDR6 on a 256-bit bus… Incidentally, this third model was launched before the RX 7800 XT.
This card was priced at $599, but with the launch of the RTX 40 Super, AMD reduced the price to $549, or $50 less. The aim was to realign the card with the RTX 4070, which also underwent a price reduction.
