TeamGroup introduces a new series of SSDs with the T-Force GE Pro.
The brand offers M.2 format SSDs with a PCIe 5.0 x4 interface. Available in 1TB, 2TB and 4TB capacities, they also feature a thin graphene heatsink…
What we’ll remember most is the presence of an InnoGrit IG5666 memory controller. The brand highlights its 12nm etching, multiple cores and low power consumption. These SSDs benefit from a DRAM memory cache.
Performance is clearly superior to PCIe 4.0 x4 SSDs. In sequential reading, throughput reaches 14 GB/s, while maximum writing peaks at 11.8 GB/s. While random performance is unknown, we do know that the endurance rating is 700TB for the 1TB model, 1400TB for 2TB and 2800TB for 4TB.
For the moment, no price is known, but we do know that they will be launched in the U.S. and Japan on February 9!
