The company has unveiled support for the AMD EPYC 9005 series processors, introducing new Gigabyte servers and providing BIOS updates for existing SP5 platform servers. This initiative enables customers to harness unparalleled performance with 5th generation AMD EPYC processors.
Supported Server and Motherboard Options
With the first wave of updates rolling out, over 60 servers and motherboards are now available for customers. The solutions are designed to accommodate various workload scenarios, ranging from modular design servers to edge servers and enterprise-grade motherboards. These options ensure that Giga Computing’s clientele can achieve exceptional performance tailored to their specific needs. A prime example is the XV23-ZX0, a modularized server that integrates dual AMD EPYC 9005 processors, allowing for support of up to four GPUs and three additional FHFL slots.

As part of this launch, Giga Computing will unveil a newly designed server featuring the AMD Instinct MI325X accelerator at SC24, taking place in Atlanta from November 19-21.
