The staggered launch of the Ryzen 9000 series is set to occur in August 2024. The 8-core Ryzen 7 9700X and the 6-core Ryzen 5 9600X will be available on August 8, 2024. This will be followed by the flagship models, the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X and the 12-core Ryzen 9 9900X, which will be released on August 15, 2024.

AMD also confirmed the pricing for the new chips in USD. The Ryzen 9 9950X is priced at $650, while the Ryzen 9 9900X will cost $500.
